No double beds & we were not able to get a cot until the 2nd night.

Convenient location in a business park, close to my interview.
You could smell cigarette smoke in the nonsmoking room. Our door hinge had been kicked in at some point and not fixed.
I needed a place to stay the night before a job interview when I had just driven 5 hours from Maine. It served it's purpose and the staff was friendly.

Good location, nice layout of the room.
Had to switch rooms - first one smelled. Bad bed.
The hotel has a problem with cleanliness. The first room we were booked smelled like mold. Also, thank goodness we travel with a mattress pad. Extended Stay America tends to have cheap mattresses, bad for the back. However, I like the overall feel of the room we switched to, and the 2 nd room smelled all right.
